This is where Match2 is at it's best as we can help any candidate to instantly update their resume with their most recent experience using AI. They simply tell us what their most recent job title is and we generate the list of typical job tasks that is associated with that job and they select the portions of that job that they've performed and then we generate that updated portion of their resume that they can edit easily.
If they don't have any resume at all, then we can use our AI profile generator to help them build their entire resume by asking just a few simple questions regarding their education, experiences, skills and abilities to generate their resume or profile.
This amazing candidate experience will be embedded into your career site so that you don't have to hope that passive talent will leave your site to create a resume and then likely not return to submit their resume.
Most companies have an XML feed of their jobs that they provide to job boards or other online advertising resources, and Match2 can use the same job feed as the source of jobs to match with candidates.
If your ATS system also has an API that we can work with to acquire your jobs real time, we also have the ability to utilise that. In many cases the API acquired jobs are better because we have the ability to also perform advanced capabilities for matching, such as load balancing applicants so that we redirect them from jobs that already have too many applicants, or jobs that already have offers out, or if we know who the recruiter associated with any job is in a highly matched candidate is interacting with a job we have the ability to potentially have them instantly set up an interview for any particular job or even possibly perform an instant online interview if the recruiter is
Yes! Let's be honest, today when most applicant apply for any job it's mostly a guessing game. They developed their resume hoping it represents them well, then they search for jobs and hopefully read the descriptions to see if they are a fit, and then they submit their application only hoping that either a recruiter or if there is some scoring mechanism post apply will represent them well.
At Match2, we believe that candidate should be able to see the matching rationale during the apply process so that they can understand and advocate for themselves prior to submitting so that they can optimise their chances of being considered as an applicant. By moving this into the pre-apply process you have levelled the playing field of the screening of candidates which have been largely built to screen people out as opposed to helping them best represent themselves.
Super easy! If you have the ability to add a simple script into your ATS or Career Site then you can use Match2. Most ATS or Career Site companies can support candidate facing scripts so you're most likely to be able to use Match2. Then, all we need is a job feed (XML) which you also likely have handy as this is how most employers provide jobs to job boards online. With those 2 simple things, we can usually have Match2 ready to drop into your career site within 1-2 days.
We charge an affordable monthly subscription rate based on the number of candidates you have at your site monthly. We also have a basic setup fee to get started depending on what Match2 capabilities configured, and we also charge an integration fee if you want Match2 to integrate with your talent CRM or ATS or both.

Simple, Match2 does NOT use AI to make any final scoring assessment of any applicant. We only use AI to assist with making job recommendations to any candidate along with starting the process of showing them how and why they are a match for any job requirement.
Then the candidate reviews, updates and ultimately submits their application where they are compliantly self-representing themselves for any job, it's just that Match2 has helped them to understand and update their application pre-apply so that they eliminate the guessing game of knowing if they are a good match for any job.
With many career sites today any candidate can search and apply for any job as they can just search for any job title and then click apply.
With Match2 in place, they must first upload their most recent resume so that we know what their qualifications are when then only matches them to the jobs that are relevant to their experiences, and we avoid showing them jobs that aren't even a close match to them.
You can even set a threshold match requirement on your jobs to determine if any candidate is even able to apply for any job. Say a candidate doesn't meet most of the "required" skills (2 out of 5) and only 1 of the "desired" skills, this would then show a button on the job page that might say "Not A Good Fit" which wouldn't allow them to move into the application process.
The good news is, we're always redirecting candidates to the best possible job match in your company which is very powerful to know that every single applicant on your career site is applying to the best possible matched job.
And if there's simply not good matching jobs for any candidate on the day they visit, they can setup a match alert which will email them when a good matching job is posted in the future which will help them and you to reconnect in the future to pull forward all past matching candidates on your career site.
